Mentors for Future Leaders is a programme within the WIN-BIG project that connects experienced professionals with emerging women leaders and entrepreneurs in the blue economy. Mentors offer personalised guidance, industry insights, and support to help mentees grow their skills, confidence, and leadership potential. Participants gain access to networking opportunities, tailored learning experiences, exclusive events, and career development resources, empowering women to thrive in sustainable maritime sectors, including fisheries, aquaculture, tourism, among others.
