Description

The Working Group on Resilience and Marine Ecosystem Services (WGRMES) aims to enable the scientific research on marine ecosystem service provision from commercial fisheries, aquaculture and recreational activities and the benefits on human wellbeing. By using different quantitative and qualitative models, WGRMES allows the scientific community, stakeholders, and Member States to estimate how policies, plans and programmes can affect multiple ecosystem services and different management objectives by guiding selection of the best alternatives.
