Additional activities for the Sustainable Blue Economy Partnership (SBEP) (HORIZON-CL6-2026-03-GOVERNANCE-01)

This call provides continued support to the Sustainable Blue Economy Partnership (SBEP), expanding its activities for 2026–2027. The partnership aims to align and strengthen research and innovation across EU and national levels to advance a climate‑neutral, regenerative, and productive blue economy. 

The funded action will build on the existing SBEP consortium, supporting joint calls, enhanced coordination, cross‑border ocean observation, data sharing, digital tools (e.g., Digital Twin Ocean), and cooperation with policymakers, industry, and citizens. 

The call directly supports research and innovation that improves the sustainability, productivity, and resilience of European aquaculture, ensuring alignment with the Vision for Fisheries and Aquaculture towards 2040. 

Activities may involve ecosystem‑based management, digitalisation, low‑impact production systems, coastal and offshore aquaculture innovations, and integration with wider blue‑economy strategies.
