This online course provides an in-depth exploration of shellfish and seaweed production within research-focused infrastructure. Combining engaging online lectures with carefully selected background literature, the course is structured in two parts. The first part of the course was delivered as a live lecture, covering essential topics such as shellfish production from hatchery to grow-out and seaweed production from hatchery through land-based and offshore cultivation. This second part consists of a self-paced online session, featuring a recorded lecture, procedural guides, and curated readings.
