Description
Deskrizzjoni fil-qosor tal-proġett: Il-MSP-GREEN huwa proġett ta’ sentejn iffinanzjat mill-FEMSA li għandu l-għan li jippożizzjona l-Ippjanar Spazjali Marittimu (MSP) bħala faċilitatur ewlieni tal-Patt Ekoloġiku Ewropew (EDG).
Riżultati tanġibbli: Il-proġett ġabar 21 prattika siewja li juru l-esperjenzi tal-Istati Membri dwar l-integrazzjoni tal-EGD fil-pjanijiet eżistenti tal-MSP (inklużi eżempji tal-akkwakultura), u abbażi ta’ esperjenzi nazzjonali, identifika 12 azzjoni ġdida biex jiġu indirizzati l-lakuni li nstabu fil-pjanijiet eżistenti tal-MSP mill-perspettiva tal-Patt Ekoloġiku Ewropew.
Applikazzjoni/rilevanza: Bl-integrazzjoni ta’ prattiki sostenibbli fl-ippjanar tal-ispazju marittimu, il-proġett jikkontribwixxi għall-iżvilupp ta’ settur tal-akkwakultura ambjentalment sostenibbli, ekonomikament vijabbli u soċjalment responsabbli, u jikkontribwixxi b’mod pożittiv għall-ekosistemi tal-baħar u l-ekonomiji reġjonali.
