Pont tal-Baħar l-Iswed (Bridge-BS)

Description

Deskrizzjoni fil-qosor tal-proġett: BRIDGE-BS huwa proġett ta’ erba’ snin iffinanzjat minn Orizzont Ewropa, li għandu l-għan li javvanza r-riċerka tal-baħar tal-Baħar l-Iswed u jiżviluppa għodod u kapaċitajiet ta’ tbassir meħtieġa biex jinftiehmu u jitbassru l-impatti tal-multi-stress xprunat mill-klima u antropoġeniku fuq is-servizzi li jirriżultaw mill-ekosistemi tal-Baħar l-Iswed.

Riżultati mistennija: BRIDGE-BS se jappoġġa l-iżvilupp ta’ komunità tal-Baħar l-Iswed infurmata, konnessa tajjeb, edukata u mogħtija s-setgħa, inklużi xjenzati, istituzzjonijiet, dawk li jfasslu l-politika, u s-soċjetà inġenerali. Dan se joħloq fluss ta’ għarfien bejn ix-xjenzati, dawk li jfasslu l-politika, u l-intraprendituri, li jaħdmu ħdejn xulxin mill-bidu tal-proġett. Dan l-approċċ se jiżviluppa l-fiduċja u l-komplementarjetà, wieħed mill-għanijiet ewlenin tal-BRIDGE-BS, li huwa meħtieġ għat-tħejjija għall-isfidi ambjentali futuri tal-baħar u l-iżgurar tal-potenzjal tat-Tkabbir Blu bl-aħjar mod possibbli.

Applikazzjoni/rilevanza: Ir-rilevanza tal-proġett BRIDGE-BS għall-Akkwakultura tinsab fl-enfasi tiegħu fuq il-ġestjoni olistika u adattiva, b’mod partikolari taħt in-Nodu 2: Inkubaturi tat-Tkabbir Blu. Billi jidentifika s-servizzi li jappoġġaw it-Tkabbir Blu sostenibbli fil-Baħar l-Iswed, il-proġett għandu l-għan li jsaħħaħ il-ġestjoni tar-riżorsi u jippromwovi teknoloġiji innovattivi. Dan l-approċċ huwa allinjat mal-industrija tal-akkwakultura, u joffri opportunitajiet għal titjib fl-effiċjenza tar-riżorsi, l-innovazzjoni, u l-iżvilupp ta’ prattiki sostenibbli. Barra minn hekk, l-enfasi tal-proġett fuq l-għoti tas-setgħa liċ-ċittadini u l-ħolqien ta’ komunità konnessa tista’ trawwem kollaborazzjoni u skambju ta’ għarfien li jistgħu jkunu ta’ benefiċċju għall-industrija fl-Ewropa.
