Droichead na Mara Duibhe (Droichead-BS)

Description

Tuairisc ghairid ar an tionscadal: Is tionscadal ceithre bliana é Droichead-BS a mhaoinítear le Fís Eorpach, arb é is aidhm dó taighde muirí na Mara Duibhe a chur chun cinn agus uirlisí agus cumais thuarthacha a fhorbairt a bhfuil gá leo chun tionchair ilstrusóirí aeráide agus antrapaigineacha ar na seirbhísí a eascraíonn as éiceachórais na Mara Duibhe a thuiscint agus a thuar.

An toradh a bhfuil súil leis: Tacóidh droichead-BS le pobal eolasach, dea-nasctha, oilte agus cumhachtaithe sa Mhuir Dhubh a fhorbairt, lena n-áirítear eolaithe, institiúidí, lucht déanta beartas, agus an tsochaí i gcoitinne. Cruthóidh sé sreabhadh eolais idir eolaithe, lucht déanta beartas agus fiontraithe, ag obair taobh le taobh ó thús an tionscadail. Leis an gcur chuige sin, forbrófar muinín agus comhlántacht, atá ar cheann de phríomhchuspóirí BRIDGE-BS, rud atá riachtanach chun ullmhú do dhúshláin chomhshaoil mhuirí amach anseo agus chun acmhainneacht fáis ghoirm a áirithiú ar an mbealach is fearr is féidir.

Feidhm/ábharthacht: Tá ábharthacht thionscadal BRIDGE-BS maidir le Dobharshaothrú dírithe ar bhainistíocht iomlánaíoch agus oiriúnaitheach, go háirithe faoi Nód 2: Gorlanna Fáis Ghorm. Trí sheirbhísí a thacaíonn le Fás Gorm inbhuanaithe sa Mhuir Dhubh a shainaithint, tá sé d’aidhm ag an tionscadal bainistiú acmhainní a neartú agus teicneolaíochtaí nuálacha a chur chun cinn. Tá an cur chuige sin ag teacht leis an tionscal dobharshaothraithe, rud a chuireann deiseanna ar fáil maidir le héifeachtúlacht acmhainní níos fearr, nuálaíocht agus forbairt cleachtas inbhuanaithe. Ina theannta sin, d’fhéadfadh béim an tionscadail ar shaoránaigh a chumhachtú agus pobal nasctha a chruthú comhar agus malartú eolais a chothú a d’fhéadfadh dul chun tairbhe don tionscal san Eoraip.
