Precision aquaculture

This free course provides an introduction to how data analysis and machine learning can be used to improve environmental performance of fish farms. It aims to raise awareness of 1) precision aquaculture as a farm management paradigm; 2) the types and role of data collected on farms and use in management; 3) the advantages of Julia programming language for data science; 4) the use of Julia for manipulating datasets; 5) the use of different machine learning models for farm data analysis; and, 6) the applicability of statistical and machine learning analysis to data from and aquaculture farm.
