Regulation (EU) 2021/1139 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 July 2021 establishing the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund and amending Regulation (EU) 2017/1004

This Regulation (EU) 2021/1139 establishes the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund (EMFA) for the period 2021-2027. It details the duration of the Programme and its budget, as well as the general and specific requirements for the provision of Union funding. The Programme contributes to the implementation of the CFP as well as of the EU revised strategic guidelines on aquaculture.
