Hele Atlanterhavet — Bæredygtig, gunstig og modstandsdygtig akvakultur (ASTRAL)

Description

Kort projektbeskrivelse: Astral er et fireårigt projekt finansieret af EU's Horisont 2020, der har til formål at udvikle nye, bæredygtige, rentable og modstandsdygtige værdikæder for integreret multitrofisk akvakulturproduktion (IMTA) inden for rammerne af eksisterende, nye og potentielle atlantiske markeder.

Håndgribelige resultater: Projektet forventes bl.a. at levere et katalog over "atlantiske arter for fremtiden" baseret på deres modstandsdygtighed, rentabilitet, bæredygtighed og næringsværdi samt IMTA-produktionsmanualer og bedste praksis for gennemførelse af IMTA i alle Atlanterhavsregioner.

Anvendelse/relevans: Projektets forskning og output vil bidrage til fremskridt og gennemførelse af IMTA-produktionen i Atlanterhavsområdet.
