Une aquaculture durable, rentable et résiliente dans tous les océans atlantiques (ASTRAL)

Description

Brève description du projet: Astral est un projet quadriennal financé par Horizon 2020 de l’UE, qui vise à développer de nouvelles chaînes de valeur durables, rentables et résilientes pour la production d’aquaculture multitrophique intégrée (IMTA) dans le cadre des marchés atlantiques existants, émergents et potentiels.

Résultats concrets: Le projet devrait, entre autres, fournir un catalogue d’ «espèces atlantiques pour l’avenir» sur la base de leur résilience, de leur rentabilité, de leur durabilité et de leur valeur nutritive, ainsi que des manuels de production de l’IMTA et des bonnes pratiques pour la mise en œuvre de l’IMTA dans l’ensemble des régions atlantiques.

Demande/pertinence: La recherche et les résultats du projet contribueront à l’avancement et à la mise en œuvre de la production IMTA dans la région atlantique.
