Commission implementing regulation (EU) 1418/2013 concerning production and marketing plans on the common organisation of the markets in fishery and aquaculture products

This implementing regulation related to the Regulation (EU) No 1379/2013, details the format and structure of production and marketing plans that producer organisations should submit to their competent national authorities, as well as the time-limits and procedures for the submission plans. It aims at facilitating a homogeneous implementation by all producer organisations of the production and marketing plans.
