This implementing regulation related to Regulation (EU) 2016/429 (Animal Health Law), lays down rules concerning Union notification and reporting of detected category E diseases; deadlines and frequencies of Union notification and reporting of diseases; format and procedures for reporting to the Commission the results of Union surveillance programmes, as well as eradication programmes; listing of notification and reporting regions; format and procedure for the submission for information of Union surveillance programmes to the Commission, as well as for the submission of draft eradication programmes and their performance indicators to the Commission for approval; and procedures for the establishment and use of Animal Disease Information Systems (ADIS).
